Hi! I’m Jenny Moore,
And I love my job. From creating presentations, proposals and project outlines to managing events, organising travel arrangements and developing reports, my role is as varied as they come.
My clients come to me because their business has grown legs! They need a detail orientated organiser to take back control, so they can do what they do best. Remember when you started your business? Did you dream of doing what you love, spending time with your family and flexibly working on your own terms? If that image feels like a distant memory, you simply need Moore Coordination.
My work...
As one of the first females in the pitlane, I quickly learnt my way around the jigsaw that we know as the F1 car. With parts arriving ‘just in time’, I had to be on top of my game.
There’s no faster pace than working in Formula One, where I gained the majority of my 25 years’ experience. Travelling the world, sourcing parts and managing the logistical needs of two Formula 1 teams, organisation became second nature in a high-pressure environment. I spent 16 years wanting a car part to be on the other side of the world, yesterday!
At either end of my F1 career, I worked in the F1 Travel Office. During this time I managed travel schedules, budgets, contracts and transportation for up to 100 team members at a time. From organising passports and visas, to booking flights and arranging hotels, it was always go-go-go.
Just like you, I sought flexibility and diversity in my work - which brought Moore Coordination to life in 2016. Since it’s conception, I’ve worked with a wide range of businesses - primarily focusing on those in Learning & Development. Referrals, to this day, are how I get most of my business. Moore Coordination is a direct representation of me, my work ethics and a professional dedication that has been developed over 2 decades.
My life…
Outside Moore Coordination I’m a competitive triathlete. I relish the opportunity to work towards an ‘unattainable’ goal. Fitness has honed the skills of tenacity, dedication and resilience that are necessary in the running of a successful business.
